Dream in Green, Inc. was incorporated as a Florida non-profit corporation on February 20, 2006. We are exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Accordingly, donations to Dream in Green are tax deductible under section 170 of such Code. Read the confirmation letter we received from the Internal Revenue Service here.
